Simon Fairclough moved to the States from the Junior school in 1988, Simon has kept in touch with Andrew Plaistowe (OH, 1988) and as part of his road trip visiting the UK and Andrew, he wanted to come back to Hymers and see where it all began.

Simon found himself in the Hymerian and on the school photo. Their favourite hiding place on the Junior School field is still there, but  it felt a bit smaller!
