We are delighted to share that Lizzy Prentice has graduated from Royal Holloway, University of London, with an upper 2:1 in BSc Social Science. Her academic journey was shaped in many ways, but none more so than through her dissertation, titled: Critically examine the contribution of social science theory in the analysis of serial killers.
This topic has long been a personal and academic interest of hers, combining her passion for criminology and the complexity of human behaviour. It was both challenging and rewarding to delve into such a compelling subject, and sge is incredibly proud to have achieved a mark of 82.
Outside of academics, a standout part of my time at university was captaining the ladies hockey 1 XI in my second year. Leading the team taught a lot about responsibility, communication and supporting others. I am grateful for the support throughout this journey. Although I am sad to see this chapter close, I am excited for what’s to come!
Lizzy Prentice, Old Hymerian (2012-2022)
All the best with your next chapter, Lizzy. Don't be a stranger to and keep in touch!
