Mr Exley has been teaching Business Studies and Economics at Hymers College since 1986.
Mrs Exley (was Miss Newton) joined the Modern Languages Department in 1993, teaching in both the senior and junior schools before focusing her teaching in the junior school.
They met when Mrs Exley started work at Hymers College and in 2022, they will have been married for 25 years!
