Josephine Whitaker, teaching assistant at Hessle Mount, passed away peacefully in March (2023). She retired from her role as a teaching assistant (and unofficial piano accompanist!) in 1998.
Her son, Mike, informed us that she always spoke fondly of her time at the school.
