A huge thank you to Old Hymerian, Laurence Delasaux (Class of 2002) England No.1 squash player and Adelaide Club Squash Professional, for inviting us to the Adelaide Club for an afternoon dedicated to recovery following their fixtures.
Our students experienced what it’s like to recover like elite athletes, making full use of the incredible facilities, including the sauna, steam room, hot tub, yoga and stretching sessions, gym, recovery boots, and massage beds.
An unforgettable experience that added a truly professional touch to their tour and reinforced the importance of recovery in performance. Thank you for your fantastic hospitality and looking after the students so well.
Once a Hymerian always a Hymerian.
