It is great sadness that we inform you of the death of Geoffrey Stokell who died on 14th October 2021, aged 91.  Geoffrey was part of the Class of '48; despite many of his form mates taking very different paths upon leaving Hymers, he reconnected with his former classmates upon the centurion of the school and continued to enjoy their bi-annual meetings.

News of his passing was met with great sadness for many Old Hymerians.
