Rob Demain is the Founder and CEO of e2e-assure, a company he started after realising that the traditional delivery model for Security Operations Centres (SOCs) focused on technology over people and these processes were not working. Organisations were struggling to resource their teams, struggling to deploy and on board, and also tune their SIEM tools. As a result businesses were failing to build an effective security operation. Nearly 10 years on, e2e-assure are a thriving SOC and MDR business focusing on working with their customers and partners to deliver effective, 24/7/365 security operations. e2e-assure has built a culture that promotes neurodiversity as a strength and actively recruits, trains and supports those with different thinking patterns. Rob has built an incredibly successful cyber security business across two continents and is committed to creating a positive and supportive work environment that values diversity, inclusion, and personal growth.
