1934 - 1941
Ralph Hooper OBE FREng FRAes was one of the three lead engineers for the Harrier Jump Jet and headed the design team of the Hawk, which remains in current service - and also in the international public eye with the Red Arrows. Anyone who has benefitted from FAA / RAF fighter cover and Close Air Support from the Falklands to Afghanistan, or takes pride in the Red Arrows, should also recognize Ralph’s significant contribution and achievements.
