What makes this nominee inspiring?
Howard has built a significantly varied career starting in Retail (with local firm Jacksons then Sainsbury's), FMCG (Coca-Cola), the Media (the Capital Radio Group then Global Media & Entertainment) and Management Consulting (Deloitte) before joining the board of a Media business (Communicorp UK). In 2018 he started his own consultancy firm. In addition to running a busy consultancy, Howard also volunteers as a 999 Medical Emergency Responder with Lincolnshire charity, LIVES. In his personal life, Howard lives with Type II BiPolar which has inspired him to support MIND, a charity so close to his heart that he ran the London Marathon to raise funds. Howard is a vocal mental health champion, who always supports anyone who needs to talk.
